What you need to place an online Bureau order

The online Bureau is currently available in the UK, Ireland, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore, China and the Middle East.

You need to have an SHL account number to place an order. If you don't yet have one, please contact us first and we will create one for you straight away. This will enable you to pay on account, but you can also opt to pay by credit card if that is more convenient.

You will also need to have the details of a registered SHL user, who can be either yourself or somebody else - the order invoice is sent to this person.
